With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, we provide gas engineering services to the catering industry. Our engineers are Comcat 1 Comcat 3, Comcat 5 qualified and have a good understanding of the needs of a commercial catering environment.
We install, repair, service and upgrade gas pipework and gas fired equipment in commercial kitchens. We also carry out annual gas safety checks and certification.
Gas safety interlocks
We also supply and install gas safety interlock systems. Since 2001 it has been mandatory that all commercial catering establishments install a gas interlock.
An interlock is a safety device that isolates the gas supply in an at-risk situation i.e. gas leak/fan malfunction. School laboratory classrooms also require interlock systems to ensure they meet current regulations.
